Lisa is Swedish and has worked in leadership, innovation, and sustainable workforce development. Her background blends behavioral science, coaching, and organizational design.
Simon is Danish and has spent 15+ years helping B2B companies grow across the Nordics and UK. His background is in go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing, with experience from early-stage startups to scaled VC-backed tech companies.
